Perfect for couples who envision a wedding day that feels personal, romantic, and meaningful, our exclusive elopement package accommodates up to 4 guests—the couple and 2 witnesses—for up to 3 hours.

*Non-Denominational Officiant

A professional non-denominational officiant will perform your ceremony and help make your “I do” truly special.

Beautifully styled simple, seasonal décor creates an elegant setting for your ceremony and photographs.

Want to turn your elopement into an intimate or micro wedding celebration? Add two additional hours to your experience and continue celebrating together on-site.

This enhancement includes:

• Additional time on-site for your elopement celebration

• Table and chair setup

• Additional florals and décor tailored to your style

• Table settings, including dishes, flatware, and glassware

• Event cleanup

Please note: Catering is not included in the additional two-hour experience.

We offer local pizza or charcuterie platter, or you may choose Island Girls Catering, our exclusive catering partner for Birmingham elopement wedding packages. We can provide a catering quote upon request, or you may contact Island Girls directly.

Catering typically begins around $60 per person, depending on the selected menu and food costs.

*Wedding Event Insurance & Bartending

All weddings at The Birmingham Venue require couples to purchase wedding event insurance.

If you plan to serve or bring alcohol to your celebration, your insurance policy must include host liquor liability coverage. This additional coverage typically costs approximately $125–$175.

For couples who would like professional cocktail service, we also offer the option to add a bartender for $45 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum.

*All-Inclusive Means We Handle the Details

Your elopement should be about celebrating your love—not managing a long list of wedding-day details.

Our All-Inclusive Elopement Experience means we coordinate the essential elements for you, from flowers and cake to your officiant and ceremony music, all planned conveniently through email before your wedding day.

We provide a thoughtfully designed 3-hour timeline that allows time for your ceremony, photographs at key moments, and candid images throughout your experience.

Once you book, we'll send you:

• An example wedding-day timeline

• A list of the information we'll need from you

• Planning details to help us personalize your experience

From there, we'll take care of the details and help bring your vision together—so you can arrive relaxed, present, and ready to enjoy one of the most meaningful days of your life.

A non refundable retainer of 50% down is required to hold your elopement date in addition to a signed member agreement. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. If booked within 4 weeks prior to the wedding date payment is due in full.
